Abstract:
Rosanna Roizin Esq. will be speaking about the essential legal documents every adult should have in place. The presentation will address the basics of an estate plan, including a Last Will and Testament, Living Trust, and the scoop on how estate taxes work and possible upcoming changes in the law to be aware of. Rosanna will also cover the importance of advance directives, such as a Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy and Living Will. This presentation will give individuals a basic understanding of what they need to do to ensure their wishes and values are respected if they face a long-term care crisis or a serious medical issue.
